Elevating Engagement

Challenge

As PwC introduced its workforce to BXT Agile, a new project management methodology, it became clear that many employees lacked foundational knowledge to engage with the framework effectively. To address this gap and ensure a smooth adoption process, our team needed a scalable, engaging solution that could educate users while adapting to individual learning needs.

Approach

I led the design and execution of an interactive, multiple-choice online quiz built to introduce employees to BXT Agile in a dynamic and personalized way. Designed to go beyond static content, the quiz offered tailored next steps and targeted exercises based on each user’s responses, making learning actionable and relevant.

From initial concept to final deployment, I owned the full design lifecycle. This included:

  • Creating wireframes and prototypes optimized for both desktop and mobile

  • Collaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, and developers to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless user experience

  • Conducting user testing with stakeholders and iterating based on their feedback to refine both the content and functionality

Impact

The final product was a user-centric, scalable learning tool that empowered employees to build foundational knowledge of BXT Agile at their own pace. By delivering personalized guidance and a frictionless experience, the quiz played a key role in accelerating internal adoption and fostering a culture of agile learning across the organization.
