Overview

At The Pivot Group, a political communications and strategy firm based in Washington, DC, I contributed to a wide range of mission-driven projects supporting civic engagement, equity, and political participation. Working across both print and digital platforms, I played a key role in turning strategic insights into powerful, actionable communications.

My Role

  • Designed over 80 creative assets, from direct mail to digital content supporting political campaigns, advocacy organizations, and civic initiatives

  • Translated complex research, field insights, and strategy memos into clear, visually compelling deliverables tailored to diverse audiences

  • Collaborated closely with strategists and copywriters to shape messaging, ensure narrative clarity, and maintain consistent brand identity across mediums

Impact

The work helped drive engagement, voter turnout, and awareness for a range of progressive causes and electoral campaigns. By aligning visual design with strategy and storytelling, I ensured each piece served both its communication goals and broader mission to promote equity and civic action.
